David Hodge:- 17 people started out from Balcombe on a very windy day. Our route took us via Ardingly, Wakehurst place where the millenium seed bank is, to Horsted Keynes for lunch. After lunch we went through Ardingly College to walk round a section of Ardingly reservoir and back to Balcombe. The weather forecast had not been good earlier in the week but the trees kept us sheltered from the wind and the sun came out in the afternoon and it didn't rain. We crossed the Bluebell railway twice. Thanks Dave for organising.
